Children from the Saratoga Early Childhood Education Center participated in the Children’s Museum of Manhattan EatPlayGrow Curriculum. EatPlayGrow is an early childhood health curriculum developed in partnership with the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The subject of this event was Move to the Beat, where the children learned the importance of physical activity and were introduced to heart health through music, rhythm, and physical activity.
