Students in the Culinary Essentials job-training course at Allie’s Place Center for Culinary Education & Employment explored the many ways eggs can be used in baking and cooking. 🍳 🥚They learned how to precisely separate egg whites from yolks for hollandaise and whisked the sauce to velvety perfection. The class rounded out the comforting breakfast menu with homemade muffins, biscuits and gravy, and poached eggs topped with their freshly made hollandaise.
