Access to early childhood education is critical for all children. HFH currently runs three community-based Early Childhood Education Centers—one in the Jamaica neighborhood of Queens and two in the Bronx.

Our Centers offer UPK programs for children born in 2020 and 2021. Staff are Certified Teachers, licensed by the NYC Department of Education. Programs run full-day with breakfast, hot lunch, and snacks, and programming includes activities such as yoga, soccer, music classes, and more. There are free and low-cost options.

For specifics on enrolling your child, hours, and more details, please reach out to each Center directly at:

The Saratoga Afterschool kids are getting hands-on in cooking classes with @nationalenrichmentgroup where they are learning essential kitchen skills, nutrition basics, and the confidence to cook for themselves. These classes teach more than just cooking—they build life skills, independence, and teamwork. In this class, they made Greek burgers and tried tzatziki sauce for the first time—the kids were big fans! Check out as the whole class cheers on their peer for cracking his first egg. 🥚🥣
