In a recent Vegan Workshop with Chef Danny, culinary students explored global flavors while building their plant-based culinary skills. 🌱
They prepared chickpea and potato soup, Thecha Aloo with Methi Puri (a North Indian potato dish served with fried flatbread), and bhajis and pakoras (vegetables dipped in chickpea flour and fried). 🥔🍅🧅 Through these dishes, they learned how to layer spices, balance flavors, and work with a variety of ingredients from different culinary traditions.
