Fresh out of the oven: the Culinary Team hosted a “Chocolate Chip Cookie Battle” with recent culinary program grads! 🍪 Divided into three teams led by Chef Gabriel, Chef Gregorio, and Assistant Chef Danny, the grads each developed a unique cookie recipe with help from Culinary Intern Angelica. Pastry Chef Jayda recruited an expert panel of cookie connoisseurs to pick a winner. The result? Three tasty batches and one crowned champion—Chef Gabe’s team took the win!
